Modular Art & Cultural Hub
This modular art and cultural hub reuses shipping containers to create adaptable spaces for cafés, restaurants, retail, and co-working. Designed for flexibility across diverse warehouse forms, it champions sustainability through reclaimed materials and adaptive reuse. The project features color-coded container modules (blue for F&B, red for retail, yellow for offices), stepped amphitheater seating for social interaction, and integrated greenery throughout the industrial warehouse setting.
